I am getting into this blogging business or as Sergi is saying into the 'dark side'. Just wanted to share with you how to get a quicktime movie with iweb onto your website and let the movie play as soon as you open the site, get rid off the controls and let it loop. Unfortunately, iweb doesn't allow you to do this within the software so you have to go into the code and modify it a little bit.
iweb saves the movie description in a file called default.js (default might be changed to a name you gave the site) in the default folder. You will find entries for autoplay, loop and controller. Set autoplay to true, loop to true and controller to false. Be aware that there are several autoplay (2), loop (2) and controller (3) definitions in that file. You need to change all of them to the values I just mentioned to achieve the result that the movie is playing automatically, looping and that you don't see the Quicktime controls. Well, that is all I think. Probably, you don't give a 'beeep' for this but in case you do you don't need to search the web for solutions.
Have a good night.
